Rebekka Karijord is a multifaceted Norwegian-born composer, musician, and producer whose work effortlessly traverses the realms of film, theatre, dance, and recorded music. Spanning over two decades, her remarkable career has seen her score an impressive array of more than 40 films, theatrical works, and dance productions, solidifying her reputation as a masterful composer capable of seamlessly blending the experimental with the accessible.

Throughout her illustrious career, Karijord has consistently demonstrated a remarkable ability to craft emotionally driven compositions, often incorporating bold uses of voice and orchestration. Her recent film credits include the critically acclaimed works "Songs of Earth", "I Am Greta", "All the Old Knives", "My Mercury", "Pray, Obey, Kill", and "Explorer", showcasing her exceptional skill in creating screen scores that seamlessly weave together dramaturgy, emotional storytelling, and socially engaged narratives.

In parallel with her scoring career, Karijord has successfully released six solo albums, and has established a thriving collaborative practice.
