Her unique blend of skills as an Actor, Chubbuck Acting Technique Teacher, and Intimacy Coordinator sets her apart as a director, allowing her to form deep, authentic connections with artists and foster a collaborative environment that yields inspired, high-quality work.
Throughout her career, Wiggins has consistently pushed boundaries and innovated within the industry. In response to the 2020 global pandemic, she demonstrated her adaptability and creativity by writing and directing two films simultaneously, showcasing her ability to navigate the challenges of remote production. The first film, Clownfish, was shot entirely remotely using an iPhone11, Zoom, the FiLMic Pro App, and 12 Apple devices, while the second film, Ushering the Light, was produced with a micro-crew and 50% remote collaboration. Both projects featured a predominantly female cast and crew from around the world and have been showcased as vignettes in the feature film, After Masks, now available on Amazon Prime.
Most recently, Rebekah produced and directed a Zoom read-through and filmed sequences as a pitch piece for her female-driven dark western TV series, VICIOUS KIN. This innovative pitch has secured talent attachments and was produced in collaboration with an Emmy-nominated producer.
