As the Artistic Director of the esteemed PYG Malion Theatre Company, I have the privilege of overseeing the production of three exceptional shows annually at the renowned Rose Wagner Center for Performing Arts in Salt Lake City, Utah. Our organization's mission is deeply rooted in our commitment to presenting theatre from a distinctly feminine perspective, a vision that is carefully crafted to resonate with audiences and inspire meaningful dialogue.
Throughout our illustrious history, we have had the pleasure of bringing to life a diverse range of productions, each one showcasing the remarkable talents of our dedicated cast and crew. Some of our most notable past productions include "The Sex Habits of American Women," "Fat Pig," "Cakewalk," "Frozen," "The Food Chain," "The Batting Cage," "Knowing," "Cairo," "Living Out," and most recently, "Sordid Lives."
As a multifaceted artist, I have the opportunity to wear multiple hats within the company. I not only direct some of our productions but also take on acting roles in others, while also lending my expertise to the costume design process for the majority of our shows. In addition to my work with PYG Malion, I also have the privilege of sharing my knowledge and skills with the next generation of performers as an instructor at Salt Lake Community College, where I teach Acting I, Acting II, and Voice and Speech for the Actor.
