Growing up in a family of artists and musicians, Ruggero's mother, a stage actress in St. Paul/Minneapolis during the early 1980s, instilled in him a passion for the performing arts from a young age. By the time he was just ten years old, he had already begun to hone his craft, performing on various stages across the Twin Cities metro, including community and professional theater productions.
