Randy Sean Schulman, a talented individual, was born and raised in the vibrant city of Los Angeles. His journey in the entertainment industry began at a remarkably young age of nine, when he started appearing in films and television shows.
His early work included a made-for-television movie alongside the renowned actress Jean Stapleton, followed by a film with the accomplished Stockard Channing. More recently, in 2023, he landed a lead role in the feature film Cellar Door, directed by Vaughn Stein, which boasts an impressive cast including Laurence Fishburne, Scott Speedman, and Jordana Brewster.
Randy was privileged to collaborate with director Jean-Marc Vallée, known for his work on Dallas Buyers Club, in a supporting role alongside Reese Witherspoon in the movie Wild. He portrayed Witherspoon's therapist, Vince, in this critically acclaimed film.
He also had a starring role in the thriller House of Last Things, directed by Michael Bartlett, which premiered at the Gasparilla International Film Festival. Randy is perhaps most well-known for his recurring role as Freddy Calvert on NBC's Grimm, as well as his guest appearances on Leverage and his supporting role in Cabin Fever: Reboot.
In addition to his work in the film industry, Randy is a skilled playwright and has written several original "silent" plays, including Infinity, La Gioconda, and Luminous Birch, which have garnered numerous awards in Los Angeles.
