Until 2005, Randall's acting career was limited to his soccer field and school antics, with the world serving as his stage. Following a voice teacher's discovery of his musical talent, and his subsequent victory at a national talent event, earning two overall awards for acting, commercial modeling, and singing, Randall's life took a dramatic turn as he suddenly found himself in Hollywood.
His first television role was as Colby Bates, the final case, in the finale episode of Judging Amy in 2005. Prior to this, he had performed in numerous commercials before securing the recurring role of "Lyle," Claire's brother, in the NBC adventure/drama, Heroes, in 2006.
Randall's father had appeared in two movies during the 1990s, and his sister, Elisabeth, is a talented singer who has performed numerous leading roles on stage. Currently, she is a student at the University of Georgia. Randall resides in Los Angeles.
In his free time, Randall enjoys participating in a variety of sports, singing, playing the guitar, and rapidly throwing cards, which often elicits dismay from his mother. He is also proficient in chess, mathematics, and video games.
Randall is represented by Coast to Coast Talent Group in Los Angeles.
