Rachel, a Filipina-American filmmaker and actress, has made a name for herself through her impactful storytelling and unwavering dedication to mental health advocacy.
As a young and talented individual, Rachel has already achieved numerous accolades, including winning a student Emmy at the 2013 College Television Awards for her work as Writer/Director/Producer on the pilot web series, 'The Sub Club'.
