Born into a family with a strong military background, Rachel's upbringing was shaped by her father's distinguished career as a Chief Master Sergeant in the United States Air Force. Her mother, Pili, hailing from Spain, brought a unique cultural perspective to the family.
Rachel's educational journey began at Desert High School, located at Edwards Air Force Base in California, where she earned her diploma in 1989. This formative experience laid the foundation for her future endeavors.
Beyond her academic achievements, Rachel's family life was filled with the love and support of her siblings. She has two brothers, Joe and Patrick, and one sister, Leah, with whom she shares a special bond.
