Purim Rattanaruangwattana, affectionately known as Pluem, is a multi-talented Thai-Chinese individual who has made a name for himself as an actor, singer, and musician. Born and raised in the culturally rich city of Chiang Mai, Thailand, Purim's heritage is a unique blend of Chinese and Thai, reflecting the diversity of his upbringing.
As a student, Purim attended The Prince Royal's College in Chiang Mai, Thailand, where he graduated in 2016. He then went on to pursue higher education at Chiang Mai University, graduating with a degree in Political Science and Public Administration in 2020.
Before venturing into the entertainment industry, Purim had a promising career as a professional badminton player. Unfortunately, he was plagued by injuries, which forced him to re-evaluate his priorities. Nevertheless, his passion for the sport remained strong, and he continued to participate in local tournaments.
In 2015, Purim represented his alma mater, The Prince Royal's College, in the Chiang Mai Province badminton tournament, where he won the second prize in men's singles. The following year, he emerged victorious in his college freshman badminton tournament, showcasing his impressive skills on the court.
