Biography

Philip Joseph Hyland embarked on a theatrical journey, commencing his stage acting career at the esteemed Barksdale Theatre in Hanover, Virginia, in 1986. He made his debut appearance as Eugene in Neil Simon's poignant drama, "Brighton Beach Memoirs". Additionally, Hyland toured with Theatre IV, a division of the Virginia Repertory Theatre, in a musical production of "Hansel & Gretel".

For several seasons, Hyland has had the privilege of portraying Jesus Christ in the impactful drama, "Remember Me", on Maundy Thursday at Christ Lutheran Church in Valencia, California.

Beyond his acting pursuits, Hyland co-founded the New York City-based Pop-Rock group, Girlfriend, and released the debut album, "The New Me", on Celsius Records.

Today, Hyland is a devoted husband and father of two, residing in Los Angeles, California.
