As the CEO of these companies, Chan leverages his expertise to guide his teams in creating innovative and captivating productions. Additionally, he is the CEO of Grand Olympia Films (Hong Kong) Limited, further solidifying his presence in the film industry. One of his most notable roles as an actor is his portrayal of Hong Kong mobster Raymong Zhang in the action-packed film Double Impact (1991),where he starred alongside the renowned Jean Claude Van Damme.
