Peter Zinner, a renowned editor of the film industry, entered this world on July 24, 1919, in the majestic city of Vienna, Austria. This remarkable individual left an indelible mark on the world of cinema, being responsible for the meticulous editing of some of the most iconic films of all time, including the critically acclaimed "The Deer Hunter" (1978),the groundbreaking "The Godfather" (1972),and the romantic drama "An Officer and a Gentleman" (1982). Throughout his life, Peter Zinner was blessed with the love and companionship of his devoted wife, Christa Zinner. Sadly, his remarkable journey on this earth came to an end on November 13, 2007, when he passed away in the picturesque city of Santa Monica, California, USA.
