Paul's impressive acting career has earned him numerous accolades, including five Dramalogue awards and an L.A. Weekly award. His notable performances include playing Abbie Hoffman in the award-winning production of "The Chicago Conspiracy Trial" in Los Angeles.
He also portrayed Elia Kazan in both the Los Angeles and New York productions of "Names". Additionally, Paul took on the roles of an orthodox Rabbi, Hersh, in "The Quarrel" and a child molesting Priest, Father Grant, in "The Comfortable Truth" in Los Angeles.
On Broadway, he played a wide range of characters, including Hitler and Moses, in the celebrated production of "Lenny". Paul shared the stage with notable actors such as Julie Harris, Estelle Parsons, and Bill Macy in the Broadway production of "And Miss Reardon Drinks a Little".
He also appeared in the west coast premiere of "Danny and the Deep Blue Sea" as Danny and originated the role of Treat in the world premiere of "Orphans".
Beyond his acting career, Paul has recently published his first collection of poetry, "Chemical Tendencies", with Tebot Bach Press. He is also the creator, producer, and host of a radio show in Los Angeles called "Why Poetry" on KPFK. The show aims to demystify poetry and then perhaps mystify it again.
