Paul Hernandez

Paul's educational journey began at Park View Intermediate School in Pasadena, Texas, where he laid the foundation for his future endeavors. He subsequently attended Sam Rayburn High School, further honing his skills and preparing himself for the challenges that lay ahead. As a young adult in his early twenties, Paul made the bold decision to leave his hometown and relocate to California in 1993. Upon arriving in the City of Angels, he sought employment at Disney's mail-room to support himself financially. This serendipitous move proved to be a pivotal moment in his career, as it enabled him to connect with Jeffrey Katzenberg's assistants. These influential individuals recognized Paul's potential and began to mentor him, ultimately leading to a professional partnership that would have a profound impact on his life. When Jeffrey Katzenberg left Disney to join Dreamworks, Paul was entrusted with the esteemed responsibility of working alongside him at his new venture.
