In the year 2004, a trio of visionary individuals, Patrick White, Trevor Matthews, and Jon Knautz, came together to establish Brookstreet Pictures, a film production company based in the vibrant city of Ottawa.
Since its inception, Brookstreet Pictures has made a significant impact in the film industry, with two of its short films being selected for prominent film festivals such as the Toronto International Film Festival, The Clermont-Ferrand Short Film Festival, and The Malibu International Film Festival.
These short films, "Still Life" and "The Other Celia", not only showcased the company's creative prowess but also received prestigious awards for Best Director.
With an impressive track record of producing all four of Brookstreet Pictures' short films, Patrick White is now taking on the role of producer for the company's first feature film, "Jack Brooks: Monster Slayer", which is currently in post-production.
