Patrick's career trajectory began to take shape in 2004, when his script "Don Juan" emerged victorious from a pool of 4100 competitors, securing the $10,000 grand prize in the esteemed Scriptapalooza International Screenplay Competition.
This groundbreaking achievement led to a major opportunity in 2005-06, as Disney hired Patrick to rewrite their animated feature film "Pinocchio 2".
Fast forward to 2008, Patrick's script "The Break-Up Artist" caught the attention of Legacy Filmworks, and after a successful negotiation, the script was sold to the production company.
The film, starring Amanda Crew, was shot in Vancouver and released on DVD in November 2009. This notable success was followed by another triumph in January 2010, when Patrick's script "The Grenade" outshone 600 competitors to win the prestigious Storypros International Screenwriting competition.
Throughout his career, Patrick has consistently demonstrated his writing prowess, finishing as a quarterfinalist or higher in six different screenplay competitions with five distinct scripts.
In addition to his screenwriting accomplishments, Patrick has also made a name for himself as an award-winning Writer/Producer for KTLA Channel 5's Prime News in Los Angeles, earning accolades from the Emmy, Golden Mike, and Aptra Awards.
