Patrick McCaffery was born in Washington Heights, New York City, New York, in the year 1970, marking the beginning of a life that would be filled with music, theatre, and eventually, television. Just three years later, in 1973, his family relocated to Baldwin, Long Island, New York, where he would spend his formative years.
As he entered high school, McCaffery discovered his passion for theatre and began to explore his creative side. He joined his first band, Scummy Nazi Mutants (S'N'M),in his senior year, taking on the role of lead singer. This early introduction to the music industry would set the stage for his future endeavors.
After completing high school, McCaffery attended Nassau Community College, where he continued to nurture his love for music. During his first year, he landed the role of Linus in the musical "You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown" and also sang with two other bands, The Smegs and 4 Convicted.
Upon transferring to Hofstra University, McCaffery joined the band Vader Vader, which would become the focal point of his music career. For several years, he performed and toured throughout Long Island and New York City, honing his skills and building a loyal fan base.
In addition to his music, McCaffery also pursued an acting career. In 2009, he was cast in the film "Something You Should Know: The Duran Duran Fan Documentary," directed and produced by M. Douglas. This early foray into film would pave the way for his future television appearances.
In 2010, McCaffery married his true love and best friend, Doris, and the couple relocated to California the following year. Once in California, he joined Extras! Management and began landing background roles in various television shows, including "Brooklyn Nine-Nine," "Parks and Recreation," "Benched," and "Ray Donovan."
In 2014, McCaffery landed his first starring television role in the courtroom drama "Justice With Judge Mablean." He played the plaintiff, Errol White, and won the lawsuit, marking a significant milestone in his acting career.
November 2016 saw McCaffery receive his S.A.G.-A.F.T.R.A. card, allowing him to represent himself as Twilight Entertainment. With his extensive experience in both music and television, McCaffery has established himself as a talented and versatile performer, with a bright future ahead.
