Pascal Arquimedes Vargas Urena, the youngest of three siblings, was born and spent most of his childhood in Kissimmee, Florida. His parents, Narciso Vargas and Luisa Vargas, hailing from Altamira, Dominican Republic, relocated Pascal and his family to their hometown when he was just five years old. Pascal remained in Altamira until the age of seven.
Pascal's journey into acting began at the tender age of 15, after witnessing a production of 12 Angry Men presented by his high school's thespian club. Following his graduation from Gateway High School, Pascal received a scholarship to attend The New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts, where he earned an Associate's degree in Film and Television Acting in 2017.
Pascal made his professional acting debut in 2017, starring as Josef King in the feature-length psychological thriller "The Skin of the Teeth". In 2021, he made his Broadway debut, understudying the role of Rafael in Lynn Nottage's "Clyde's", directed by Kate Whoriskey at the Helen Hayes Theater.
