Biography

Pamela Dunlap has had a prolific career in both film and television, with notable roles in movies such as Ironside in 1967 and more recent appearances in I Am Sam, The Holiday, Changeling, and Wetlands in 2017.

In addition to her film work, Dunlap has made numerous guest appearances on television series, including Happy Days in 1974, Law & Order in 1990, Boston Legal in 2004, and five appearances on Mad Men, Castle, Girls, and Maron between 2007 and 2013.

As a bi-coastal resident, Dunlap splits her time between New York City and Los Angeles, California, USA. In New York, she has had a successful career on Broadway, appearing in productions such as "Musical Comedy Murders of 1940," "Redwood Curtain," and "Yerma," as well as numerous Off-Broadway roles.

In Southern California, Dunlap has performed at various esteemed theaters, including the Los Angeles Ahmanson Theater, Costa Mesa South Coast Repertory, LA Theatre Works, and the Los Angeles Fountain Theater. One of her most notable roles at The Fountain was that of Rochelle, a middle-aged, out-of-shape Jewish woman struggling with a crisis of faith. In this production, Dunlap was inspired to join a flamenco class with other middle-aged women, bringing together two of The Fountain's specialties: plays and flamenco.
