Owen McDonnell, a talented individual, hails from Galway, Ireland, where he was born as the youngest of four siblings. Growing up, he had a profound passion for acting, which he diligently cultivated over time. As a result, he pursued his higher education at the prestigious Central School of Speech and Drama in London, rather than opting for a local Irish institution. According to McDonnell himself, he made this decision solely because London's academy was the most affordable option.
Following his graduation, McDonnell made London his permanent residence, where he began his professional acting career. Despite his London roots, he has periodically returned to his native Ireland to showcase his talents on stage, as well as participate in various television and film projects.
