As a young adult, Rensoli embarked on his acting career in Cuba at the tender age of 19, quickly gaining recognition for his outstanding performances in notable Cuban and universal theatre productions with the esteemed theatre group Paco Alfonso. By the time he reached 20, he had successfully merged his passion for acting with his work in television, featuring in prominent groups such as the renowned "Olga Alonso".
Rensoli's professional cinematic debut arrived in 2007, when renowned Hollywood director Steven Soderbergh and producer Laura Bickford selected him to play the pivotal role of Harry Villegas "Pombo" in the Hollywood movies "Che, The Argentine" and "Che, Guerrilla", led by the talented Benicio del Toro, thereby marking the beginning of his international cinematography career.
