Om Shiv Puri's life took a dramatic turn when he met his future wife at the Jaipur Radio Station, where they collaborated on various radio shows and plays. This serendipitous encounter would blossom into a lifelong partnership, as they both pursued their passion for the performing arts together. In fact, they were part of the same batch at the National School of Drama (NSD),where they fell deeply in love. After nine long years of waiting, they finally tied the knot in 1968.
