In 2010, Omelyanov embarked on his professional path as a line producer for entertainment TV shows at 1+1 Media, one of the largest media broadcasters in Ukraine and the Commonwealth of Independent States. This esteemed institution provided Omelyanov with a solid foundation in the industry, laying the groundwork for his future success.
From 2014 to 2018, Omelyanov further honed his skills as a producer at Sister's Production, a production company renowned for its impressive portfolio of TV series produced for the TV channels of 1+1 Media. During his tenure, Omelyanov had the opportunity to work alongside a talented team of professionals, refining his craft and developing a keen eye for storytelling.
In 2019, Omelyanov took the bold step of founding his own production company, JOYFILMS. In a remarkably short period, JOYFILMS established itself as a trusted partner of Ukraine's main film funds, including the Ukrainian State Film Agency and UCF, which supported several of the company's projects.
JOYFILMS' primary focus is on producing both domestic and international projects, with a special emphasis on feature films directed by emerging talent with a distinctive voice. The company's commitment to nurturing new voices has led to its films being selected for prestigious international pitching and work-in-progress platforms.
