Noted author, director, composer, and producer, who received a comprehensive education in public schools, went on to spend a decade honing his skills as a newspaperman, before transitioning to a multifaceted career as a writer, director, and producer for CBS in New York.
Subsequently, he occupied the esteemed position of chief of Special Projects for United Nations Radio, earning recognition with a prestigious One World Award in the process.
Upon joining the esteemed organization of American Society of Composers, Authors, and Publishers (ASCAP) in 1952, he collaborated with a distinguished group of professionals, including the renowned Deems Taylor, the accomplished Bernard Rogers, the skilled Lyn Murray, and the respected Maurice Goldman.
