Born in a quaint town outside of Israel, Geffen's early career trajectory took a dramatic turn when he began working as an actor in the Israeli television and film industry. His credits include the 2011 production "Never Too Late" directed by Ido Flock.
In 2012, Geffen made his mark as a writer-director with his debut feature film "Not in Tel Aviv", a project that showcased his impressive range as he not only wrote and directed the film but also took on the lead role.
