Noble, a talented individual, was born in Valdosta, Georgia, and later relocated to Trenton, New Jersey. His early interests included performing with a drill team, participating in sports, dancing, and music. Noble's academic pursuits led him to major in Architectural Engineering at Mercer College, but he also took a course in theater, which he thought would be an easy A.
The course, an applied lab, resulted in a production of "The Tavern," where Noble's only responsibility was to open and close the curtain. However, fate had other plans, and a cast member contracted mono, leaving Noble to fill the role of "The Attendant" on short notice.
Opening night arrived, and Noble found himself backstage, next to a prop master on a tall ladder, who was sprinkling fake snow over the tavern's entrance and display window. As Noble waited for his cue, his heart pounded uncontrollably, and he desperately tried to calm down, ultimately missing his entrance cue.
In a panic, Noble rushed onto the stage, collided with the prop master's ladder, and sent the box of snow flying. The prop master grabbed the set to prevent it from falling, and his legs dangled in the display window, much to the audience's amusement.
The prop master scrambled to safety while the box of snow landed on Noble's head as he reached for the door handle. The actors onstage repeatedly sounded the cue line, and Noble, still trying to find his 18th-century top hat, stumbled onto the stage, with snowflakes flying from his mouth every time he spoke a line.
The audience erupted into laughter, and Noble's theatre career was born. This memorable experience left an indelible mark on his memory, and the rest, as they say, is history.
