Niharika Singh's life has been a rich tapestry of diverse experiences and opportunities, woven together by her father's career in the civil services. Born in Delhi, she spent her formative years in Kolkata, where she developed a strong foundation for her future pursuits. As a result of her father's professional travels, Niharika had the privilege of living all over India, exposing her to a wide range of cultures and ways of life.
Academically inclined, Niharika was a diligent student who pursued her engineering degree from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi. Her academic excellence was further showcased when she went on to earn an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bangalore, one of the top business schools in the country.
Niharika's professional journey began when she joined McKinsey & Company in Mumbai, where she gained valuable experience in the corporate world. Her leadership skills were soon recognized, and she went on to hold leadership positions at Treebo Hotels, further honing her abilities in the hospitality industry.
However, a significant turning point in Niharika's life came in March 2019, when a friend introduced her to ONE Championship, the world's largest mixed-martial arts (MMA) organization. Although she was unfamiliar with the world of MMA, Niharika was immediately drawn to ONE's vision and mission. She became obsessed with the organization and was determined to join their team.
Fast-forward two years, and Niharika has achieved a remarkable feat. She is now one of the few Indians to hold the position of Senior Vice President (SVP) in ONE Championship, a testament to her hard work, dedication, and passion for the organization.
