Nicolas Entel is a multi-talented creative force, having written, directed, and produced a wide range of documentaries and television series for prominent platforms such as Amazon, HBO, and Netflix.
One of his most notable projects is the upcoming post-apocalyptic series S.O.Z., set to premiere on Amazon in the fall of 2021. This gripping story is set on the US-Mexican border and features an impressive cast, including Sergio Peris-Mencheta, James Moses Black, and Horacio Garcia Rojas.
In addition to his work on S.O.Z., Entel is also the creator, writer, and showrunner of the six-part documentary series Break It All: The Story of Rock in Latin America, which premiered on Netflix. Dubbed "a masterwork" by the Hollywood Reporter and "one of the great accomplishments in the history of television" by Nobel laureate Mario Vargas Llosa, Sins of My Father has been acquired by a number of prominent networks, including HBO, Channel 4, Discovery, and Arte, making it a record-breaking Spanish-language documentary.
