Biography

Nick grew up in the picturesque mountains of Montana, along the Continental Divide, where his passion for filmmaking first took root. He directed several adaptations of classic plays, including The Odyssey, Romeo & Juliet, The Scarlett Letter, and The Battle for Iwo Jima, two years before Clint Eastwood's versions.

Nick's academic pursuits took him to Carroll College in Helena, Montana, where he excelled in football, winning three NAIA Football National Championships and earning the title of team captain in 2007. During his time at Carroll, he also directed several college films and acted in various theatrical productions, including Hamlet and Dracula.

However, a painful breakup with his college girlfriend led Nick to question the path his life was on. He abandoned his plans to pursue a career in civil engineering and instead co-founded Pink Gloves Boxing, which has since expanded to 20 locations worldwide and was featured in Entrepreneur Magazine as one of the Top 100 Companies to Watch in 2010.

Nick's personal growth and newfound purpose led him to publish his first book, "Loops 4Life", in June 2010. He has since spoken to over 10,000 individuals, including teachers, coaches, athletes, and students, about his message of "Revealing the Champion Within".

Nick's friendship with Bryan Ferriter, a college teammate and filmmaker, was cemented through their shared passion for film and a personal tragedy they both experienced. They co-starred in the film Crimson Winter and later co-founded Interwoven Studios together.
