Nick Lee is a renowned Irish actor with a diverse range of screen and stage credits to his name. His television appearances include the popular historical drama series Reign on The CW, as well as critically acclaimed shows such as The Fall on BBC, Jack Taylor on TV3/RTL, and Raw on RTÉ. He has also appeared in numerous Irish productions, including Single-Handed: The Stolen Child on RTÉ, and the final series of Bachelors Walk on RTÉ.
On the stage, Nick has had the opportunity to work with some of the most prestigious companies in Ireland and the UK. His credits include a production of The Changeling at the Young Vic in London, as well as appearances in Dubliners at the Dublin Theatre Festival and Juno and the Paycock at the Abbey Theatre/National Theatre in London, directed by the acclaimed Howard Davies.
He has also worked with the Calipo company on the production of Pineapple, and with the Tricycle Theatre in London on Malachy in The Dead School by Pat McCabe. Nick's other stage credits include The Passing, written and directed by Paul Mercier, and Three Sisters, directed by David Leveaux at the Abbey Theatre in Dublin.
In addition, Nick has played the role of Dmitry Karamazov in Delirium by Enda Walsh, and Shawn Keogh in The Playboy of the Western World, directed by Tony award-winning director Garry Hynes, at the Druid/Tokyo International Arts Festival/Perth International Arts Festival in Australia. He has also appeared in DruidSynge- The Complete Plays of JM Synge, directed by Garry Hynes, at various venues including Galway, Dublin, Edinburgh, Inis Meain, Guthrie Theater Minneapolis, and the Lincoln Center Festival in New York City.
Nick's other notable stage credits include The Year of the Hiker, directed by Garry Hynes, and The Freedom of the City by Brian Friel, in which he played the role of Michael Hegarty at the Finborough Theatre in London. He has also appeared as Patrick Kavanagh in The Green Fool at the Upstate Theatre Project.
