Nell was first scouted at the age of 11 during a National Youth Music Theatre production, which led to her swift casting in Caryl Churchill's LOVE AND INFORMATION at the Royal Court and Peter Morgan's THE AUDIENCE in the Gielgud Theatre in the West End.
In addition to her theatre work, Nell collaborated on projects such as GAME OF THRONES and Victoria Wood's LOVING MISS HATTO, while simultaneously pursuing her education. During this period, she also studied History at UCL and was handpicked by renowned photographer Wolfgang Tillmans to exhibit her artwork in the prestigious Royal Academy, with her work also being showcased in the Saatchi Gallery.
While at university, Nell's outstanding performance in BLINDED BY THE LIGHT, which premiered at Sundance, earned her widespread recognition as one of the UK's most promising young actors. Following this success, she had the opportunity to work with esteemed actress Helen Mirren in THE GOOD LIAR and starred alongside the late Glenda Jackson in the BAFTA-winning film ELIZABETH IS MISSING.
Nell has also been involved in the independent feature film INLAND, where she shared the screen with Mark Rylance, under the direction of 20-year-old Fridtjof Ryder.
Aside from her acting career, Nell is a dedicated climate activist and a member of the UKYCC, representing young people in the UK at COP summits and UN climate conferences.
