Neil is renowned for his captivating portrayal of Liam, the heroin-addicted rockstar brother of Charlie, in the hit television series "Lost". His impressive television credits also include recurring roles in the Emmy-Award Nominated "Big Love" and the critically acclaimed series "Crash", as well as numerous guest starring roles in popular shows such as "My Name Is Earl", "Ghost Whisperer", "CSI:NY", "Criminal Minds", and "NCIS". Neil has also made appearances on "Nip/Tuck" as the long-lost brother of Dr. McNamara, and reprised his role of Liam in the final season of "Lost".
As a classically trained theater actor and singer, Neil graduated from the prestigious American Conservatory Theater's MFA program in 2002. He is also widely recognized for his exceptional Christopher Walken impression, which garnered rave reviews in both The New York Times and The Hollywood Reporter for his role in "My Big Fat Independent Movie".
