Neil is renowned for his captivating portrayal of Liam, the heroin-addicted rockstar brother of Charlie, in the hit television series "Lost". His impressive television credits also include recurring roles in the Emmy-Award Nominated "Big Love" and the critically acclaimed series "Crash", as well as numerous guest starring roles in popular shows such as "My Name Is Earl", "Ghost Whisperer", "CSI:NY", "Criminal Minds", and "NCIS". Neil has also made appearances on "Nip/Tuck" as the long-lost brother of Dr. McNamara, and reprised his role of Liam in the final season of "Lost".
As a classically trained theater actor and singer, Neil graduated from the prestigious American Conservatory Theater's MFA program in 2002.
