Oct. 14, 1976, marked the day that a remarkable individual, born to Richard and Ardeth Overholser Charters in Springfield, began her journey on this earth. Years later, on July 19, 1997, she would take another significant step, exchanging vows with Marc Hernandez in Eugene, solidifying her commitment to her partner.
Before embarking on her life's journey, she had laid the foundation of her education, graduating from North Eugene High School in 1995. Her academic pursuits continued, and she went on to earn a bachelor of science degree in fine and applied arts from the University of Oregon in 2000.
Throughout her life, she had explored various creative outlets, honing her skills as a photographer, computer graphic designer, and artist. In addition to her artistic endeavors, she also dedicated herself to the role of a homemaker, showcasing her multifaceted personality.
The loved ones she left behind to cherish her memory include her husband, Marc Hernandez; her parents, Ardie and Harold Clark of Eugene, and Richard and Chloe Charters of Eugene; her grandparents, Donna and John Rackley of Roseburg; and a brother, Duane Charters of Eugene.
