Morganna's musical training took her to the School of Music of the University of Guanajuato, and later to the National Conservatory of Music in Mexico City. The journey was arduous, and Morganna faced numerous challenges, including a lack of family support. However, she remained resolute, and after undergoing hormonal and psychological therapy, she finally underwent sex reassignment surgery in Thailand.
Thanks to her participation in the trans beauty contest Miss International Queen, Morganna was introduced to the renowned surgeon Preecha Triewtanon, who gifted her the surgery. Her transition was a crucial part of her professional recognition, and it marked a significant turning point in her life.
