Biography

Mohamed Hassan Al Mualla, a renowned Emirati film director and actor, was born in 1978, marking the beginning of a remarkable journey in the world of entertainment. His academic pursuits took him to Northeastern University in Boston, USA, where he spent six years, from 1995 to 2001, earning a degree in General and Animation Arts.

Following his graduation, Mohamed joined the Marketing Department in Dubai Media City in 2003, where he played a pivotal role in several high-profile projects, including the Dubai International Film Festival and the Creative Awards for Media Students. His exceptional skills and dedication did not go unnoticed, and in 2005, he was handpicked to assume the position of Technical Director at the Media and Technology Free Zone Authority.

In addition to his impressive professional endeavors, Mohamed also made a name for himself in the world of television by directing the animated series Freji, which spanned multiple seasons.
