Miranda's illustrious career began with a series of commercials for prominent brands such as Burger King and McDonald's, as she diligently auditioned for numerous roles and eventually landed her first significant part as the band's manager in the 2003 film, School of Rock. During the filming of this iconic movie in New York, she received the exciting news that her pilot, Drake & Josh, had been picked up for production.
