Min Sook Lee is a renowned filmmaker, celebrated for her work on a trio of thought-provoking documentaries that have garnered widespread acclaim and recognition within the cinematic community.

Her inaugural documentary, Tiger Spirit, was released in 2008 and received critical acclaim for its poignant portrayal of the struggles faced by workers in the Thai garment industry.

Lee's subsequent documentary, Migrant Dreams, was released in 2016 and delved into the lives of migrant workers in Canada, shedding light on the challenges they face and the struggles they endure in pursuit of a better life.
