Milena Leticia Roucka, better known by her ring name Rosa Mendes, is a talented Canadian professional wrestler, valet, and former model who has been making waves in the WWE. Born and raised in Canada, Roucka initially pursued a career in business, studying at the University of British Columbia before leaving to pursue a modeling career.
Roucka's modeling career was highly successful, with her winning several competitions, including the 2004 Piel Dorada. She also acted in commercials, showcasing her versatility and range. In mid-2006, Roucka decided to take a chance and participate in the WWE Diva Search, finishing fourth but impressing the WWE enough to be hired and assigned to train in Ohio Valley Wrestling (OVW) under the ring name Roucka.
Roucka quickly made a name for herself in OVW, winning the OVW Women's Championship on September 19, 2007, and holding it for five months until February 20, 2008. She then transferred to Florida Championship Wrestling (FCW),WWE's new developmental territory, where she continued to hone her skills and build her reputation.
In November 2008, Roucka began appearing on Raw, where she formed an on-screen partnership with Beth Phoenix and Santino Marella. The following October, she was moved to the ECW brand and started an on-screen relationship with Zack Ryder, whom she began to manage. The pair returned to the Raw brand in February 2010, and Roucka was drafted to SmackDown in April.
Roucka's time on SmackDown was marked by her winning the Queen of FCW title in November 2010, which she held until February 2011. In late 2011, she started managing the team of Primo & Epico, guiding them to a WWE Tag Team Championship reign. Throughout her career, Roucka has proven herself to be a talented and dedicated wrestler, valet, and manager, earning her a permanent spot on the WWE roster as Rosa Mendes.
