Mickey Melendez, a prominent figure in the realm of social activism, has dedicated his career to championing the rights of the Latino and Puerto Rican communities. With a distinguished background in public service, he has occupied senior positions within the government of New York City, utilizing his expertise to shape policies and initiatives that positively impact the lives of the city's diverse population.
In addition to his work in government, Melendez has also shared his knowledge and expertise with the next generation by teaching in the esteemed Black and Hispanic studies department at Baruch College.
