Michale Boganim, a multifaceted individual, was born in Haifa, Israel, but spent a significant portion of her formative years in France, where she resided with her parents from 1984 onwards.
As she navigated her academic pursuits, Michale took a course in politics at the prestigious Sorbonne in Paris, subsequently transferring her studies to Hebrew University in Jerusalem. Her experiences in the film industry began to take shape as she worked as an assistant director and producer for various production companies, overseeing documentary and feature films.
Michale's dedication to her craft led her to seek specialized education in film, which she received at INSAS in Belgium and later at the National Film and Television School (NFTS) in London from 1999 to 2001.
During her time at NFTS, Michale created her graduate film, "Dust" (2001),which garnered international recognition by being showcased at numerous film festivals and earning the award for Best Short Documentary at the Leeds International Film Festival.
In addition to "Dust," Michale has also produced a diverse range of short films, including "La douleur" (1999),"Shema" (1999),"The Factory" (1999),"The Lonely Sea and Sky" (1999),"C'est pour bientôt" (2000),"Venice" (2001),"Memoires incertaines" (2002),"Bienvenue chez Dovid" (2006),and "Bienvenue chez Renata" (2008).
Her feature film credits include "Macao sans retour" (2004),"Odessa, Odessa" (2004),and "La Terre outragée" (2012).
