Michael Wallace has accumulated an impressive body of work over the past 15 years, having written and produced over two dozen films. His most recent endeavor, the feature film Lost Mission, was a significant undertaking that involved securing funding, assembling a crew and cast from Georgia and California, and shooting on location in Valdosta, Georgia.
As the star and producer of Lost Mission, Wallace oversaw the entire production process, from raising the necessary funds to acquiring a crew and actors from various regions. The film was successfully distributed domestically and internationally by Seth Kittay at All Channel Films.
In 2010, Wallace produced and starred in the film REHEARSAL, which was shot over 14 days and nights at his restaurant, CHRISTAKIS GREEK CUISINE, in Tustin, CA. The film featured a cast and crew of over 30 individuals and required the shooting of over 120 pages of script.
In 2015, Wallace and Jason Konopsis optioned the script IRISH PRIDE to Susan Gorrell at Third Wave Productions, and the film is currently being directed by Zak Knutson, known for his work on the film Supercon. The project has received endorsements from legendary coach Lou Holtz and has been approved to be shot on the campus of Notre Dame University, a privilege granted to only three films prior.
Wallace has also recently optioned the scripts LOUD AS LIONS and A LETTER TO SHEA to Simon Brooks at Canyon Creek Films, the producer of notable films such as WHITE NOISE and LOVE, ROSIE.
