Michael Mazzariello, also known as Judge Mazz, is a distinguished attorney and television personality renowned for his syndicated courtroom show Street Court, where he makes authoritative rulings at the scene of the dispute. This notable television personality has also been featured as a legal expert on prominent news outlets such as CNN, Court TV, and MSNBC.

Prior to launching his show in 2009, Mazzariello had a distinguished legal career, serving as an assistant district attorney in Brooklyn and as a high-profile plaintiffs' and criminal defense lawyer. Notably, he was appointed by Mayor Rudolph Giuliani as the Chief Prosecutor for the New York City Board of Education, a prestigious position that further highlights his exceptional legal expertise. In addition, Mazzariello has also served as an adjunct instructor at Marist College, sharing his knowledge and experience with the next generation of legal professionals.

Despite being known as "Judge Mazz," it is essential to note that Mazzariello has never held the position of a judge. However, he did run for town justice of Newburgh, New York in 2003, albeit unsuccessfully.
