Michael J. Sanchez, a native of the Bronx, New York, discovered his passion for acting at a young age, and was enchanted by the idea of the people he saw on television, aspiring to join their ranks and bring stories to life on screen.
Initially, his childhood dream was temporarily replaced by his love for baseball, and at the age of 15, he moved to Florida, dedicating his teenage years to the sport, even spending time in the Dominican Republic in pursuit of a professional career.
However, when his baseball aspirations didn't come to fruition, Michael returned to the United States to support his mother financially.
At the age of 23, he decided to chase his childhood dream and enrolled in his first acting class at the Miami Acting Studios, which ignited his passion for acting, leading him to work on various short and independent films to build a solid resume.
He continued to hone his craft by participating in acting workshops and classes.
Today, Michael is best known for his work on the popular web series "Dear Future Wife," and has made notable appearances on television shows such as Tyler Perry's "Sistas" on BET, "Dynasty" on The CW, "The Equalizer," and an upcoming Netflix project yet to be announced.
In the spirit of perseverance, Michael J. Sanchez's journey serves as a reminder that it's never too late to pursue your dreams.
