Biography

Michael Cronin, a talented individual, is currently dedicating his career to writing children's literature. His initial novel, "Against the Day", was published in 1998, and he has since authored two additional books, including "Through the Night", a sequel to his debut work.

As a skilled performer, Cronin is perhaps most notably recognized for his portrayal of the energetic and charismatic P.E. teacher Geoff 'Bullet' Baxter, often dressed in his distinctive tracksuit, on the long-running BBC children's television series Grange Hill, which premiered in 1978. Throughout the 1970s and 1980s, he frequently appeared on television screens, making notable appearances in Fawlty Towers (1975),Entente Cordiale (1990),and The Mysterious Affair at Styles (1990).

Originally hailing from Bedfordshire, Cronin now resides in London with his wife and two sons.
