Biography:
Born in Stuart, Florida, I grew up in Statesville, North Carolina, where my passion for performing began at the age of 14. As an avid gardener and advocate for an active, healthy lifestyle, I find solace in the world of theatre, where I can transport audiences to new times and places. A firm believer in the importance of empathy, I believe that theatre has the power to bring people together and foster a deeper understanding of one another.
My journey in the performing arts began with my first named role in Once Upon A Mattress, where I played Sir Harry. This experience, which blended romance, authenticity, sincerity, and absurdity, showed me that nothing could give me the same sense of comfort and joy as being on stage. I went on to study Musical Theatre at Western Carolina University, where I performed in multiple musicals, radio shows, student films, and showcases.
Determined to never limit myself to one specific aspect of the arts, I adopted a mentality that allowed me to explore various forms of creative expression. After moving to Asheville, a city that has proven to be an artistically stimulating environment, my career as a professional performer took off. Despite the challenges and setbacks that come with working in the entertainment industry, I remain driven and committed to my craft.
With each new opportunity, my passion for performing grows stronger, and I continue to strive for excellence in my work. As long as I remain connected to the world of art, I know that I will always lead a full and happy life as the best version of myself.
