Matt Routledge, a multi-talented individual, has been diligently pursuing his passion for acting, directing, and producing martial arts videos since his debut Nunchaku Instructional Video in 1992. Prior to that, he honed his film-making skills by creating several short films during a film-making course between 1993 and 1995, with some of his works even being screened on television.
In 1997, Matt completed a three-year degree course, which led to the creation of two half-hour martial arts films, "Net Chaser" and "Rush Hour". Following his time in the industry with well-established companies such as Mersey Television, Granada Television, and Sony Entertainment, Matt returned to his roots, focusing on martial arts films.
Notably, his internationally acclaimed short film "The Car Wash" and the TV pilot "Mersey Cop" garnered significant attention from major companies, including Universal, New Line Cinema, and Dreamworks.
