Matt Locker's journey in the television industry began at the tender age of 16, when he made his way to his local CBS affiliate to learn the ins and outs of the business. Thirty years later, he remains an integral part of the industry, with a diverse range of skills that have enabled him to excel in various roles.
Behind the camera, Matt has honed his skills in production, while also showcasing his talent in front of the lens. He has appeared in numerous television commercials, including the iconic "Corona-On-The Beach" spots, as well as training films and news programs. As a news reporter, weather anchor, and news anchor, Matt has had the opportunity to hone his skills in a variety of formats.
In addition to his television work, Matt has also made his mark on the big screen. His first major motion picture appearance was in the comedy film "Weekend At Bernies II". On the radio, Matt has been a staple across New York state, New Jersey, and the Virgin Islands, with a wide range of credits to his name.
Matt's passion for the performing arts extends beyond television and film, as he has also studied theater and appeared on both regional and New York City stages. This dual passion for broadcasting and theater has ultimately led him to his primary area of focus: voice over work.
Throughout his career, Matt has had the opportunity to lend his voice to a wide range of clients, including Discover Card, Q-NOL Ultra Co-Q10, Smooth-Away, Slimshots, Pepsi, KFC, Pizza Hut, ADP Systems, and Revlon. He has also had the honor of serving as a news and weather anchor for the English Speaking Turkish American Television Network.
Matt's work has been recognized with nominations for both "The 2015 Audio Verse" and the prestigious Society Of Voice Arts and Sciences, "Voice Arts" awards for his work on "Powder Burns: An Original Western Audio Drama".
