Biography

Mason Cook is a talented and accomplished film and television actor, with a diverse range of roles under his belt. He is perhaps best known for his three-season stint as Ray DiMeo on the ABC award-winning series Speechless, which aired from 2016 to 2019.

In addition to his work on Speechless, Mason has appeared in a number of other notable projects. In 2016, he starred in the critically-acclaimed and GLAAD-nominated Hulu original film Plan B. He has also been recognized for his performances in other projects, including a daytime Emmy award nomination for Outstanding Performer in a Children's Series for his guest lead role in the Emmy award-winning children's series R.L. Stine's the Haunting Hour.

Mason has also had a number of notable roles in television and film. In 2015, he starred in the lead role of Bart Sheffield in the Lifetime television production of If There Be Thorns, a made-for-TV adaptation of the third installment in the Flowers in The Attic book series. He has also appeared in a number of other television shows, including The Goldbergs, The Middle, and Raising Hope, as well as in feature films such as Spy Kids 4: All the Time in the World, The Lone Ranger, and The Incredible Burt Wonderstone.

Mason's television debut came at the age of nine, when he appeared as Casey, a cardiac asthmatic patient, on Grey's Anatomy. He has since gone on to appear in a number of other television shows, including recurring roles on The Night Shift and Desperate Housewives, as well as guest appearances on a number of other popular series.

In addition to his work in front of the camera, Mason is also a dedicated philanthropist. He is a celebrity ambassador for the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, and has been involved in a number of other charitable endeavors throughout his career.
