Born in the vibrant city of Salt Lake City, Utah, Mark's educational background is marked by a unique combination of degrees - one in Film and another in Mass Communications. His academic pursuits didn't stop there, as he went on to receive a Master's degree in Global Management, further equipping him with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the ever-evolving film industry.
Mark's journey in the film world began as a model, where he was cast as a featured extra in the film "A Midnight Clear". This experience proved to be a turning point in his life, as he met and was inspired by renowned actors Gary Sinise and Ethan Hawk, who encouraged him to pursue a career in filmmaking.
As Mark delved deeper into the world of film, he took on various roles, ranging from 1st AD to Set Decorator, working on numerous film and TV projects. However, he took a brief hiatus from the industry to focus on raising a family and exploring opportunities in the Nutrition sector. Today, he is the proud owner of High Energy Labs, Inc., a Sports Nutrition and Supplement Company.
After a several-year hiatus, Mark re-entered the film industry in 2010, and two years later, he received critical acclaim for his work on the film "Saint Street" (2012),directed by Rob Diamond. The film garnered numerous awards and nominations, including Best Actor and Best Director, cementing Mark's status as a talented and versatile filmmaker.
In addition to his work as an actor, director, and producer, Mark is also the founder of Guardian Angel Films, a production company that allows him to pursue his passion for storytelling.
