Biography

Mark's life journey was marked by a series of significant geographical moves, as he resided in the states of New Mexico, Kansas, Maryland, and Virginia, as well as the vibrant city of Bangkok, Thailand, all prior to the age of 12.

His academic pursuits led him to the University of Kansas, where he earned a degree in magazine journalism in 1983. Following his graduation, Mark embarked on a 20-year career as a graphic designer, utilizing his creative skills to make a lasting impact in the field.

However, Mark's passion for learning and personal growth soon led him to pursue advanced education, and in 2007, he earned a master's degree in American history from Loyola University. This milestone marked a significant turning point in his life, as he began to redirect his focus towards a new creative pursuit: filmmaking.

In 2010, Mark released his first film, which centered around the fascinating life and works of the renowned Chicago architect, Louis Sullivan. This project served as a testament to Mark's dedication to his craft and his ability to bring complex stories to life on the big screen.
